Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve issues across the tech stack, including hardware, software, application, and network

• Participate in on-call rotation and manage significant events related to business continuity and infrastructure changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• 3-5 years of practical experience in production systems support or application development
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
• Experience with automation using scripting languages such as Python
• Knowledge of ITIL principles
