Production Support Analyst Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Production Support Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for escrow-related transactions
• Maintain communication through email and online chat, documenting issues and escalating as necessary
• Respond to customer requests within required service level agreements and maintain knowledge of relevant products

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of escrow transactions and client operating systems
• Familiarity with MS Office products and supported production support software
• 2+ years of escrow-related work experience
• 2+ years of customer service-related work experience
• High School diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred
