Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely and effective response to system alerts and outages
Implement SQL Reporting and Scripting changes for report improvement
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and identifying resolutions

Required Qualifications:

3+ years supporting SQL Production Reporting Services
Strong working knowledge of MS SQL and SSRS
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Monitoring Tools experience (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace)
Production Deployment/Database Code-Release experience
