Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to their SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers, addressing time-sensitive issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to Ruby-based products and services
• Document customer interactions and assist in creating technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position
• Solid experience in providing technical support for full stack applications or services
• Strong knowledge of Ruby and JavaScript programming languages
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and relational databases, particularly SQL (PostgreSQL)
