Production Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect and CCaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide incident response, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Monitor and maintain observability using tools like Splunk and CloudWatch
• Manage Amazon Connect configurations and develop documentation for support teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Production Support, NOC, or Site Reliability Engineering roles
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CCaaS)
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Zabbix
• Solid understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and core reliability engineering practices
