Job Summary

Production Support Engineer, responsible for bridging the gap between Engineering and Customer Experience teams in a full-time remote position, focusing on diagnosing production issues and improving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues affecting user experience
  • Utilize AI to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Interface with vendor systems using SQL and API calls to address customer complaints
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of engineering experience with proficiency in a backend language, preferably Node.js or Typescript
  • Experience with SQL and REST APIs
  • Knowledge of payment systems, AWS, and shell scripting (bash, zsh or similar) is preferred
