Production Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticket dependencies and update JIRA tickets while triaging and assigning tasks
• Drive day-to-day production support for core administrative systems and troubleshoot data issues
• Coordinate system maintenance, manage vendor communication, and respond to afterhours issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in a mid to large size production support environment
• Experience troubleshooting JAVA/Spring Boot/Maven/Linux scripting
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries using Oracle and MS SQL
• Familiarity with data integration platforms and healthcare operations related to enrollments, claims, and payments
