Production Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Lead responsible for managing the RPA ecosystem's health and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize on-premise VMware infrastructure and ensure low-latency connectivity for financial processing
• Oversee Kubernetes orchestration for support services and manage pod health and scaling policies
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and refactor production code to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Production Support, Systems Administration, or RPA Architecture
• 3+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience, including .NET code stages
• Deep expertise in Blue Prism infrastructure components (V6/V7)
• Advanced SQL Server proficiency and understanding of VM networking and security
• Experience in high-pressure financial services environments with a focus on "Zero-Downtime.
