Production Support Lead
Job Summary
Leading the operational health and stability of a critical enterprise application, the full-time hybrid Production Support Lead will manage incident resolution processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance application reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operational health, availability, and supportability of the application while leading incident management efforts
- Drive incident reduction initiatives through root cause analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop operational dashboards and reports to communicate incident trends and service health to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience leading production support teams in high-volume enterprise application environments
- ITIL certification with hands-on experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, VB.NET, and VB6
- Experience creating operational reports and KPI dashboards using tools like Excel and/or Power BI
