Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in supporting and enhancing healthcare platforms
• Oversee system integrations and drive modernization of legacy systems
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across all technical operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in technical support or system administration related to healthcare management systems
• Experience with GuidingCare or other Care Management systems
• Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and SQL
• Healthcare knowledge, including Medicare and Medicaid, is highly desirable
• Experience with system integrations, including REST APIs
