Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage production support activities and ensure adherence to SLAs
Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets while collaborating with business users and IT groups
Oversee application support, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and end-user assistance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
5+ years of diverse IT work experience
5+ years of experience in Health Care (Medicare/Medicaid, Members, Providers, Claims, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of version control tools like GIT
5+ years of experience with AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, and EDI Healthcare
