Production Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new partner relationships while maintaining existing ones
• Document and evaluate partner processes to improve retrieval rates and prepare weekly progress reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and conduct regular meetings with partners to resolve retrieval issues

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of experience analyzing large data sheets
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST
