Production Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant to support live and recorded productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote production support for live and recorded productions
• Act as stage hand, floor director, production assistant, and/or quality control during productions
• Set up and test audio and video equipment; assist in organizing production equipment and troubleshoot AV issues

Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in video production, broadcast, or related fields
• Comfortable supporting both in-person and hybrid/remote events
• Able to work early morning or late evening hours as needed
• Familiarity with video/audio equipment, production workflows, and asset management tools
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
