Production Support Specialist
Job Summary
Joining a high-impact team, the full-time Production Support Specialist will ensure the stability and operational excellence of a business-critical investment accounting and reporting platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting AWS cloud environments both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support AWS environments, including EC2, S3, and Lambda, across development and production stages
- Maintain and patch Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows servers, ensuring readiness and vulnerability remediation
- Provide hands-on production support for the IAA web reporting interface and backend integrations, monitoring system health and coordinating incident resolution
Required qualifications
- Senior-level expertise in production support for business-critical applications
- Hands-on experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2 and S3
- Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and system maintenance
- Experience with ServiceNow, GitLab, and Azure DevOps for support ticket workflows
- Strong background in user access management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance documentation
