Job Summary

A company is looking for a Productivity and Efficiency Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured process audits to document workflows and identify inefficiencies
Develop and prioritize a roadmap for process improvements and tool integrations
Design and implement solutions, including AI agents and custom internal tools

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of programming experience, preferably in Python
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and process mining tools
Ability to analyze systems holistically for improvement opportunities
Hands-on experience with large language models and AI tool development
Background in business analysis or operations is preferred
