Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Productivity Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Verint Speech Analytics to capture and categorize customer interactions
• Analyze speech data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
• Develop reporting and dashboards to present insights and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 3 - 5+ years of experience with Verint Speech Analytics
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Automated Quality Management (AQM) is a plus
• Familiarity with contact center telephony systems is a plus
