Productivity Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Productivity Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, scale and drive adoption of the Design System
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement Design System components
• Coach and train other product designers on contributing to design systems

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional skills in visual, interaction, and systems design
• Demonstrated experience maturing and scaling Design Systems
• Ability to connect work to a larger complex system
• Experience championing a design system within an organization
• Advanced knowledge of Figma's design system capabilities
