Job Summary

A company is looking for a Products Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work cases and support different product groups
  • Provide general client account support and issue resolution
  • Perform data analysis, OBT L1 support, and PRDS maintenance
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience in business/corporate travel operational reservation work flow procedures
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A proven background in client servicing
  • Motivated to learn and flexible to accommodate changes in priorities and work tasks
