Professional Accountant

Job Summary

Assisting the Revenue team with monthly revenue and billing entries, the fully remote Professional Accountant will create and update reporting, perform reconciliations, and support audit requests while ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy and security rules.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with accrual and invoice entries, collaborating with business teams
• Create and update monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting primarily using Excel
• Support variance analysis and account reconciliation, along with audit requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
• Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on revenue preferred
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, including Pivot tables and multiple formulas
• Previous experience or willingness to learn PeopleSoft
