Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Claims Analyst to analyze insurance and matured endowment claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance and matured endowment claims for compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Monitor claims trends to ensure equitable processing practices
• Conduct investigations of claims systems to identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of claims experience, preferably in life and disability insurance
• Experience with industry-standard claims processing systems and investigative tools
• Knowledge of claims processing procedures and relevant legislative requirements
• Strong analytical expertise with the ability to evaluate complex claims scenarios
