Professional Coach

Job Summary

To support working learners in an online certificate program, the part-time remote Professional Coach and Content Educator will provide 1:1 coaching, facilitate skill development, and offer curriculum support to enhance learners' effectiveness in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bi-weekly coaching sessions focused on mindset development, accountability, and motivation
• Provide curriculum support by offering clear explanations of key concepts and facilitating practice opportunities
• Document coaching notes, track learner progress, and participate in team meetings to refine coaching practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with proven 1:1 support
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner expectations
• Experience in providing support related to study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement
• Previous professional experience in fields such as financial services, sales, customer service, or project management
• Coaching certification (ICF, BCC, ICC, or similar) is preferred
