Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the Professional Development Content Developer will adapt and localize career readiness content for training programs, ensuring materials are accurate and culturally relevant while collaborating with other content developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and revise existing professional development content for accuracy and relevance
• Utilize GenAI to localize materials for specific target markets, adapting language and cultural references
• Update and maintain content across multiple formats, ensuring alignment with branding and formatting standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in career coaching, career services, or professional development
• Prior teaching or training experience with adult learners in career readiness or workforce development
• Excellent written English with strong editorial skills for clear and actionable guidance
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Google Slides
• Strong knowledge of resume norms, interview coaching frameworks, and career pathway design
