• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and communicate session statuses to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in education or educational publishing/technology
• 1+ year of experience using Salesforce or similar systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data across multiple systems
• Solid understanding of business processes and operational workflows
