A company is looking for a Professional Development Operations Scheduler (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and scheduling of professional development sessions using Salesforce
• Respond to scheduling requests, confirm session details, and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless scheduling and delivery of sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ year of experience using Salesforce or a similar internal business system
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and workflows
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
