Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Development Specialist to support attorney development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement attorney feedback and evaluation programs, focusing on technology and user communications
• Assist in the development and execution of professional development programs that enhance attorney growth and retention
• Support administrative tasks, including processing invoices and maintaining records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of three years of related experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Previous experience with ViEval preferred
