Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Professional Development Specialist, the candidate will manage project planning and execution, develop high-quality training experiences, and collaborate across teams to enhance professional learning for educators.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
- Design engaging learning experiences across various formats, ensuring alignment with educator needs and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective training programs, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience designing and facilitating professional development sessions for PreK-12 educators
- Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them in learning experiences
- Experience with mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs
- Strong proficiency with instructional design tools and technology-based productivity tools
