Professional Development Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Development Trainer to deliver high-quality professional learning experiences to school districts across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Learning Blade and Ready for Industry professional development workshops for educators, including virtual and in-person sessions
• Customize workshop materials to align with district goals and provide ongoing feedback for continuous improvement
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions that meet quality standards and support instructional goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering professional development or instructional coaching for educators
• Experience working with K-12 school districts or digital curriculum providers
• Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person professional learning sessions
• Strong understanding of effective instructional practices and learning theories
