Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Insurance Collector II.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Epic work queues for timely claims processing and account resolution
• Engage with patients and payers to address and resolve account issues effectively
• Research and rectify problems related to patient accounts while adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Coding Certification preferred
• 3-5 years of billing and insurance collections experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with Epic software is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods
• Must attend all mandatory education programs as required
