Professional Learning Contractor

Job Summary

To support back-to-school efforts, the part-time Professional Learning Contractor will deliver engaging professional development sessions for K-12 educators, adapt existing training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate professional development sessions for educators both in-person and virtually during the back-to-school period
• Customize and refine existing training materials to align with new product updates and specific school needs
• Lead multiple training sessions per week to support high-volume onboarding during peak season

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering professional development for educators
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Experience working directly with K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, or school leaders
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Comfort with educational technology and enthusiasm for AI's role in instruction
