Professional Learning Coordinator

Job Summary

Owning the professional learning initiatives, the full-time remote Professional Learning Coordinator will manage the design and execution of e2L University, oversee video calibration processes, and coordinate the onboarding experience for new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute e2L's professional learning strategy and coordinate e2L University sessions
• Facilitate the video calibration process and ensure consistent scoring among coaches and observers
• Coordinate the onboarding experience for new hires, connecting them with relevant resources

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in professional learning, coaching, or talent development
• Familiarity with engage2learn's GROWE coaching model or a comparable framework
• Experience in K-12 education and/or EdTech strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
