Professional Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Learning Facilitator to deliver high-quality professional learning sessions to educators and district leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual and occasional in-person professional learning sessions for educators and district teams
• Deliver engaging sessions aligned with best practices in adult learning and Kiddom's mission
• Collaborate with the Professional Learning team to refine session delivery based on participant feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in education, professional learning facilitation, or instructional design
• Proven ability to deliver interactive sessions for adult learners
• Knowledge of instructional practices and edtech tools
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Comfort with webinar platforms and learning management systems
