Professional Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Learning Specialist focused on supporting partners in the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual professional learning sessions aligned to curriculum and implementation practices
• Provide coaching and follow-up support to educators and school teams to enhance implementation fidelity
• Collaborate on the design and improvement of professional learning content and materials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience facilitating professional learning for educators, including virtual delivery
• Experience in a school-based role such as a teacher, instructional coach, or administrator
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and facilitation best practices
• Experience working with large urban districts, particularly LAUSD
• Background in social-emotional learning, MTSS, or PBIS
