Professional Learning Specialist

Job Summary

Delivering engaging learning experiences, the remote Professional Learning Specialist will facilitate live webinars and in-person training, support customer adoption of Everway solutions, and contribute to the development of learning content.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live webinars, virtual learning sessions, and workshops to support product implementation and customer adoption
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences using evidence-informed instructional approaches
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of learning materials and resources based on customer insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in professional learning, training, or customer education, preferably in an educational technology or SaaS environment
• Strong facilitation skills with experience in delivering engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences
• Experience in developing learning content that accommodates various learning needs and formats
• Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms and Learning Management Systems
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach supporting successful learning outcomes
