Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Recruiter who will focus on direct hire business development and recruitment for Engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle business development and recruiting, including client relationship management and talent acquisition
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue
• Develop candidate generation strategies and maintain a pipeline of talent for external hiring

Required Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in staffing with new account generation
• Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience, ideally with an executive search agency
• Experience in engineering placements and recruiting for technicians and maintenance engineer positions
• Proven ability to source talent and build professional relationships
• Experience using recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn is a plus
