A company is looking for a Professional Recruiter specializing in Direct Hire/Full Desk Recruitment and Inside Sales, working remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle business development and recruitment for Engineering and IT positions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure effective talent acquisition
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base

Required Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in staffing, with a focus on new account generation
• Experience in full-desk, direct hire recruiting, particularly within an executive search agency
• Background in Engineering or IT, specifically in Data Centers or Software Engineering
• Proven ability to source talent and build a pipeline using various tools and resources
• Must be a US Citizen; no sponsorship available
