Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and ticketing system
  • Create and maintain support and product documentation
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations, training sessions, and utilization of software
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' experience in a customer facing role for a SAAS software provider or Hospitality industry experience
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Independent, self-motivated, and high energy individual
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
