• Deliver high-quality services and oversee the creation of deliverables while identifying potential risks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or customer success with client-facing experience
• 3+ years of experience with the Responsive platform and SRM best practices
• Proven track record of successful customer engagements in technology platforms or SaaS models
• Experience with professional services tools for task and risk management
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
