Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to partner with clients for the successful implementation and management of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and operate clients' programs, ensuring KPIs are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage client initiatives
• Develop executive-level reports and communicate updates on active findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles
• Eagerness to learn about Cybersecurity and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Proven track record in consulting, customer success, or sales with project management skills
• Preferred experience or knowledge in TPRM and cybersecurity certifications
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite
