Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring exceptional onboarding and implementation
• Provide strategic insights and best practices to influence customers' GTM strategies and drive platform adoption
• Document customer information and manage seamless handoffs between internal teams while ensuring project milestones are met

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of building trust and developing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage risks and adhere to timelines
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning complex concepts and improving processes
• Technical aptitude to understand product capabilities and educate others effectively
