Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to deliver high-impact onboarding and consulting services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects to ensure fast time-to-value and strong adoption
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and strategic recommendations tailored to customer objectives
• Deliver hands-on configuration, integration, and customization services, and facilitate technical workshops and training

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
• Hands-on technical expertise in software implementation, integrations, and application security
• Experience with scripting languages and RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of DevOps and modern software development life cycles
