Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Professional Services Consultant will engage with clients to implement and improve their experience with SigmaFlow compliance software, including project planning, software configuration, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project plans, requirement elicitation, software configuration, and training for SigmaFlow clients
• Develop technical specification documents and configure custom workflows and reports using SQL
• Provide first-tier support to clients, resolving SQL queries and software troubleshooting issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of related professional experience
• Experience in SQL reporting
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively within timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise
