Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of migration projects, the remote Professional Services Consultant will lead customer transitions from Secure Email Gateways to Abnormal AI, leveraging expertise in enterprise mail flow and email security to ensure seamless implementations for Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy SEGs to Abnormal Security
• Provide expert guidance on enterprise mail flow, including SMTP, MX records, and email security policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine methodologies and improve deployment workflows

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including SEG decommissioning
• Deep knowledge of email security protocols and compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security, including Defender for Office 365 and Google Workspace Security
• Experience with email routing through firewalls, proxies, and mail relays
