Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

Managing a high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments, the remote Professional Services Consultant will drive fast time-to-value for customers, ensuring activation and value realization within a 12-day target while troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining deployment health.

Key responsibilities

• Own a large portfolio of self-serve deployments, achieving rapid customer activation and value realization
• Manage deployment processes through structured communication and self-service resources, while occasionally addressing one-off calls
• Monitor deployment health, triaging issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting for enterprise-grade cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms
• Experience deploying and managing SaaS products across cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud
• Understanding of networking basics and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues
• Proven ability to manage a large volume of concurrent projects and meet fast deadlines
