Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the remote Professional Services Consultant will guide clients through the solution delivery lifecycle, addressing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) challenges by designing and implementing no-code solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and document key business and functional requirements across GRC workflows
• Design and configure SmartSuite solutions that meet validated client requirements and support user acceptance testing
• Provide project management support throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and milestone tracking

Required qualifications

• Strong interest in no-code platforms, SaaS, and business process design
• 2-3 years of experience in GRC or a related discipline, preferably in a professional services environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into practical platform configurations
• Experience managing client engagements with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
