Professional Services Consultant
Job Summary
To support customer engagements, the full-time remote Professional Services Consultant will serve as a primary technical interface and subject matter expert, providing hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the ScienceLogic product suite while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead installation, configuration, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic solutions
- Partner with customer technical and management teams to understand needs and provide clear technical direction
- Create and maintain project and technical documentation while managing competing customer priorities and project timelines
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and at least six years of experience supporting Federal customers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong enterprise infrastructure and systems administration experience, including at least two years of hands-on Linux experience
- At least four years of experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring or application performance solutions
- Experience with MySQL databases and scripting or automation using technologies such as PowerShell, Bash/Linux scripting, or Python
