Key Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex SOWs and change orders, ensuring clear scope definition and control
• Establish performance governance by defining success criteria and tracking progress, addressing risks and issues promptly
• Develop and maintain contracting templates and playbooks to enhance consistency and efficiency in Professional Services deals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, professional services, and/or consulting with a focus on complex agreements
• Ability to drive outcomes through influence across multiple functions in a fast-growing SaaS environment
• In-depth understanding of software and Professional Services delivery models and their contractual implications
• Eagerness to leverage AI tools for improving contracting and workflow efficiency
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a focus on creating scalable contracting mechanisms
