Professional Services Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of delivery engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time Professional Services Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation of enterprise networking and security solutions, ensuring operational consistency, delivery quality, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Professional Services Engineers and Technical Project Leads, driving accountability for delivery quality and customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership oversight across networking and security service engagements, ensuring successful project execution and adherence to scope and quality standards
• Standardize service delivery methodologies and analyze delivery trends to drive continuous operational improvement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, technical delivery, or engineering leadership
• 3+ years of experience leading technical delivery or engineering teams
• Strong background in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
