Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 concurrent customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
• Act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain communication and resolve challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and provide actionable plans

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a SaaS or enterprise software context
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Private RAG, and related technologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills to anticipate challenges and drive results
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
