Key Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating project milestones with project management and clients
• Consult and collaborate with project managers and co-workers to implement technology solutions
• Document technical work and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent experience
• Must obtain one of the specified certifications within 180 days of employment
• 4-5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 1.5-2 years as Specialist II preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
