Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and manage customer Manifold deployments and their integration within legal operations
• Build, install, maintain, and support on-premise Manifold deployments for customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to train customers and provide product feedback to the Product team

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with on-premise installations in corporate environments
• Technical support experience in complex distributed systems
• Proficiency with Linux-based or Windows operating systems and related management tools
• Familiarity with REST APIs, container orchestration, and coding for module modifications
